Singapore stocks track regional gains on Monday; STI up 0.3%

SINGAPORE stocks tracked regional gains to end higher on Monday (Oct 7). The benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) rose 0.3 per cent or 10.06 points to 3,599.19. Across the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 380 to 257, after 1.8 billion securities worth S$1.5 billion changed hands.
